The electronic device with an opening (5) closed off by a hinged flap (6), in which the flap has bearing journals (7,8) mounted in a bearing element (9,10) in the electronic device, has means in the form of spring plates for the creating of a force which acts upon the bearing journals permanently axially in the direction of the hinge axis (13). At least one of the bearing journals has a spherical face in an end region (14) which interacts with the means for the creating of the force.
