PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology for forming a protruding body more excellent in various characteristics than conventional ones. SOLUTION: A specific composition is filled in slits by a squeegee printing method, a photosensitive resin is cured by exposing it, and the cured composition is baked to manufacture this protruding body. This protruding body preferably has a dielectric constant of less than 4.0, and a difference of not more than 4 ppm/°C in a coefficient of linear expansion as compared with that of a dielectric material.
