PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyfunctional cylindrical muffler for removing bulkiness of both tips exposed when wearing the muffler and inconvenience so as to take off the muffler in a room. SOLUTION: The cylindrical muffler is characterized as follows. The cylindrical muffler is obtained by sewing both tips of a belt-like muffler. A sewn-in part is prepared by sewing up a part of an upper opening edge and a plurality of Hook-and-Loop fasteners are provided in the upper part of the surface of the body so as to oppose one another with the sew-in part as the center.
