A system and a method for treating waste water physically and chemically are provided to precipitate chemically leachate and to separate and eliminate the leachate repeatedly. A belt press unit(103) collects the dehydrated water into a water collection cistern(104) and discharges sludge. A first filter unit(105) includes a filter film with the meshes of 500-50 micrometer. An electrolysis unit(107) electrolytes sewage or waste water and condenses the metal oxide when sewage or waste water is collected into an electrolysis cistern(106). A condensation separating unit(110) eliminates the dissolved sludge in a compression floating cistern(108). A second filter unit(111) includes a filter film with the meshes of 100-5 micrometer. An ozone processing unit(114) eliminates virulence and refractory matter in the waste water. |
