<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accelerometer, having an inertia mass 10, a fixed base section 30, and at least one or a plurality of support materials/sensors 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24 for supporting mass from the base section for making a support system set to a non-stationary condition. <P>SOLUTION: The support materials/sensors are preferably double-end dural beam tuning forks 34, that are suspended between mounting pads and generate vibrations by an oscillator 40. By adding one or a plurality of support materials/sensors exceeding support materials/sensors required for a stationary support system, the support system is allowed to be in a non-stationary condition and hence becomes sensitive to one or a plurality of directions. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
