<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a customized maturing enabling maturing device enabling always obtaining an object of a constant maturing degree through memorizing a user's favorable maturing degree and selecting the memorized maturing degree, and to provide a method for customized maturing. <P>SOLUTION: This customized maturing enabling maturing device has a sensing sensor which senses the maturing degree of an object, an input part having a selectable memory key to memory when the object reaches a maturing condition which a user favors, and a control part which controls the operation of at least one of a heating part and a cooling part, and preserves a maturing degree value from the sensing sensor as a customized maturing degree value when the memory key is selected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
