PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a stabilizer bar with a rubber bush capable of enhancing the productivity while preventing occurrence of abnormal noise, avoiding troubles such as degradation of the rubber bush by reducing the load of the rubber bush, and demonstrating the desired characteristics of the rubber bush. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method comprises an adhesive coating step of coating an adhesive on at least one of a fitting surface of a fitting part of a rubber bush and a fitted surface of a fitted part of a stabilizer bar 4, a fitting step of housing the fitting part to the fitted part, and a high frequency induction heating step of heating the fitted surface by performing the high frequency induction heating of a stabilizer bar portion 13 on both outer sides J1 in the axial direction of the rubber bush while holding the rubber bush by a pair of holding members 2A, 2B, and generating the adhesion reaction of the adhesive by heating the fitting surface from the fitted surface side.
