PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a four-wheel drive device capable of also ensuring sealing property in inspection of a transmission while ensuring sealing property in completion in the four-wheel drive device in which a transfer case is coupled with a drive device coupled with a trans-axle case at a side of a horizontal placement engine. SOLUTION: An air-tight oil seal 61 attached to a stepped part 9D is formed by an annular rubber member and is provided with a core 61a made of metal of an approximately U-shaped cross section at the inside.
