<p>A means for realizing uniform distribution of coating agent on the surfaces of hollow particles and firm adhesion of the coating agent to the surface when the coating agent is applied to the surfaces. The means realizes surface modification of the hollow particles and prevention of mutual bonding of the hollow particles in an assembly of a tire and a rim where the air chamber of the tire is filled with the hollow particles. In the assembly of a tire and a rim where the tire is fixed to the rim, a large number of hollow particles consisting of a continuous phase of thermally expandable resin and independent bubbles are arranged in the air chamber of the tire that is sectioned by the tire and the rim, and the air chamber of the tire is filled with high pressure gas whose pressure exceeds the atmospheric pressure. Coating agent is fixed through heat on at least a part of the surface of a hollow particle.</p> |
