SERVER DEVICE, POINT REFUND SYSTEM, POINT REDUCTION METHOD AND COMPUTER PROGRAM AND RECORDING MEDIUM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a server device for refunding points available by a user according to a standby time when the user is wanting in a queue.

SOLUTION: This point refund system 1 is configured of a tag given tag ID to be carried by a user, a plurality of tag readers 20a to 20z given tag reader ID for receiving a radio wave including the tag ID transmitted from a tag 10 and a location information server 30 for detecting the location information of the tag 10 based on the information received from the tag reader 20a to 20z. The location information server 30 records the tag ID, tag reader ID, radio wave strength value and time information received from the tag readers 20a to 20z. In response to a tabulation completion instruction including the tag ID, a stay time when the user stays at a predetermined location as the object of addition of the number of points is calculated based on the tag reader ID, the radio wave strength value and the time information, and the number of points calculated based on the stay time is given to the user.
