<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a residual gas abandoning mechanism excellent in handleabilities. <P>SOLUTION: The residual gas abandoning mechanism for an aerosol container is equipped with a push button 15 connected with a stem 13 on the top part of an aerosol can body 11, a shoulder cover 18 covering the outer periphery of the push button, provided on the aerosol can main body, and a cap 19 covering the shoulder cover. In this residual gas abandoning mechanism, a pair of projections 21 are provided at 180° symmetry on the outer periphery of the push button, and a slit 22 is provided on the top part of the push button. A guiding face 25 for guiding a pair of the projections is provided on a part of the inner periphery of the shoulder cover, and an engaging piece 19a which engages the slit to push the push button and to rotate it along the guiding face is separably formed on a part of the cap. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
