PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable telephone terminal informing a user of an absent telephone receiving in response to the operation of the user, a program and a semiconductor chip. SOLUTION: The portable telephone terminal 100 has a storage section 6 storing an information resulting from the absent telephone receiving and a contact sensor 10 detecting the contact of the portable telephone terminal 100. The portable telephone terminal 100 further has an informing section 8 informing the user of the absent telephone receiving on the basis of the information resulting from the absent telephone receiving stored in the storage section 6 when the contact sensor 10 detects the contact of the portable telephone terminal 100.
