PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wrapper which can be hung even in a narrow display space with good efficiency and facilitates taking-out of a commodity, by setting a hanging portion thereof so as to form an angle with respect to a long axis direction of a horizontal cross section of a storage portion. SOLUTION: The wrapper has the hanging portion 2 and the storage portion 1. The horizontal cross section of the storage portion 1 has a long axis and a short axis, and the long axis forms the angle with the hanging portion 2. The hanging portion 2 is set up by inserting a hanging member 20 into an insertion hole 4 formed in a top surface 3 of the storage portion 1, and therefore the hanging portion 2 forms the angle with respect to the long axis direction when the hanging member 20 is inserted.
