PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wet garbage treatment apparatus in which foreign matter stuck to a filter can be removed by a moving air bubble. SOLUTION: A columnar submerged pump 61 is provided with: a suction port 61a opened on the lower side face of a submerged pump 61 for sucking treated water; and the filter 613 which covers the suction port 61a and is used for filtering the sucked treated water. A circular air bubble generator 7 is arranged below the submerged pump 61 along the peripheral direction of the submerged pump 61. The air bubbles 8, 8 generated from the air bubble generator 7 ascend along the surface of the submerged pump 61 and remove the garbage stuck to the filter 613. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
