PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide a sticking-type cleaner with a cutter. SOLUTION: In a both-side supported holder 2, the cutter 20 is mounted on the shafts 3a and 3b of rollers 7a and 7b for supporting both ends of a rolled paper 10. Since the cutter 20 can be rotated, a sheet 12 of the rolled paper 10 can be cut when the blade 23 of the cutter is set at a position near a handle 5, and the holder 2 including the rolled paper 10 can be supported on a floor etc. using the cutter 20 as a stand when the blade 23 of the cutter is set on the opposite side.
