The house has a folding function, and a gabled wall with surfaces (3, 4) that are connected by hinges. A roof has a surface, where the roof surface is positioned and the wall surfaces are inwardly folded at a center axis during a folding process. A locking mechanism is arranged and placed at the gabled wall. A front wall (1) has a base track roller, and the folding process is facilitated by a handle/handle rail/grip hole placed at the front wall. The house is made of different materials, like wood, wood composite materials, cardboard box, light-weight building board and light metal.
