<p>A high-precision PDP which is made high in luminance and low in power consumption by supplying sufficient power to the terminal end of a bus electrode in its extending direction with a pixel aperture ratio ensured and the linear resistance of the bus electrode kept low. The PDP comprises partition walls (14) that partition adjacent discharge cells (101) and are provided on a back plate (3) so as to overhead-cross a display electrode pair (4), wherein a protruding portion (91) is formed at a partition crossing portion (93) that overhead-crosses a partition (14) with respect to a bus electrode (9), the line width (D1) of the protruding portion (91) is set larger than the line width (D2) of a discharge space portion (92) facing a discharge space, and the lateral width (W1) of the protruding portion (91) is set smaller than the maximum width (W2) of the partition wall (14).</p> |
