A steering apparatus of a tricycle for an infant is provided to prevent unintended movement by inserting a clutch pin pressing plate into a lower side handle stem. In a steering apparatus of a tricycle for an infant, a steering handle and a hand pressing handle are connected so as to rotate in the same right or left direction by a pair of advancing and retreating rod. A cam plate(64) resisting a resiliently pressing force pressing a clutch pin(65) and a conversion manipulating lever(63) ascending and descending a predetermined stroke corresponding to a clutch pin hole(52) are inserted into a lower side handle stem.
