PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for adjusting motor parameters of a transmission for controlling an induction motor M.

SOLUTION: This invention is provided with a process for calculating the difference ΔIDbetween a magnetic flux current reference and a magnetic flux measured value and the difference ΔIQbetween a torque current reference and a torque current measured value, a process for calculating a corrected value ΔRRof rotator resistance and a corrected value ΔLRof rotator inductance from an integration term of the differences ΔIDand ΔIQ, a process for adjusting parameter values of a motor model from ΔLRand ΔRR, and a process for generating control voltages UDand UQto be applied to the motor M by using the adjusted parameter values of the motor.
