<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical waveguide circuit device which can be easily installed and can split and distribute signal light emitting from an emission end at a low cost and low loss. <P>SOLUTION: The optical waveguide circuit device 30 directly connects a pre-stage optical waveguide chip 12a having 1×8 splitters and a post-stage optical waveguide chip 12b having a WDM (wavelength division multiplexing) filter. In order to connect the optical waveguide chips 12a, 12b, an exit end face of the pre-stage optical waveguide chip 12a and an entrance end of the post-stage optical waveguide chip 12b are adhered with an adhesive material. By adhering both chips, an exit port 18b of the pre-stage optical waveguide chip 12a and an entrance port 20a of the post-stage optical waveguide chip 12b are optically connected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
