<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To specify and notify the location of the occurrence of a failure quickly and appropriately even when a failure has occurred in communications facilities, communications lines, or the like. <P>SOLUTION: A management server SV1 receives seismic-intensity information transmitted from seismometers M1 to Mn, respectively, decides, for the seismometer M1 of which the seismic-intensity information has been received, whether the seismic intensity received is not less than the predetermined value of seismic intensity or not, specifies a seismometer adjacent to the seismometer M1 which has been decided to be not less than the predetermined value, and detects whether the seismic-intensity information of the seismometer has reached or not. The management server SV1 transmits a seismic-intensity-information request signal to the seismometer M2 of which the seismic-intensity information has not reached. The management server SV1 generates seismic-intensity distribution in which a warning sign is added to the area of the seismometer M2 which makes no response to the seismic-intensity-information request signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
