WATER WORKS OPERATION PLANNING METHOD AND DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water works operation planning method and its device by taking energy saving into account.

SOLUTION: A water distribution planning means 120 calculates a dynamic plan value such as amount of water introduction so that total cost obtained from coefficient of cost in each arc becomes the minimum value by using a network constituted by constituting and arranging networks side by side by using a water purification plant for a water leading and feeding pipe network for water works as a node and a water leading pipe as an arc and using the coefficient of cost in each arc as an energy original unit. An abnormality detection means 130 detects abnormality by comparing the coefficient of cost in the past with current coefficient of cost.
