PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To access a server providing data suitable for a user's attribute without performing troublesome work. SOLUTION: A key installation program 118-1 transmits APID<SB>OMG</SB>which is an application ID corresponding to a contents management program 111, to a key server 5. The key server 5 searches a previously recorded table based on the received APID<SB>OMG</SB>and transmits a corresponding URL to the key installation program 118-1. When the language code of APID<SB>OMG</SB>corresponds to Japanese and a bundle product code corresponds to a portable device 7-1, for instance, the key server 5 transmits a URL corresponding to an EMD server (e.g., an EMD server 4-1) displaying a page described in Japanese, to a personal computer 1.
