PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To record data recorded at the end of a certain disk recording medium again at the beginning of the disk recording medium of the next order when continuously recording contents recorded in a first recording part in a plurality of disk recording media. SOLUTION: When continuously reading the data of the contents of a hard disk device 140 and successively recording them in a plurality of DVDs 172, when detecting that it is in a FULL state that there is no space for recording remaining data in the DVD 172 as the result of recording a part of the data of the contents in the certain DVD 172 of the plurality of DVDs 172, a system control circuit 110 records the prescribed amount of the data recorded at the end of the previous DVD 172 which is in the FULL state again at the beginning in the DVD 172 of the next order, then continuously reads the remaining data of the contents from the hard disk device 140 and records them.
