PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make in-pipe flow non-blocking by making the response of a flowing direction display device excellent. SOLUTION: A rotating shaft 4 is rotatably supported in a fluid pipe passage, a receiving plate 3 is provided on one end of the pipe passage, and a display part 6 for recognizing an azimuth around the axis of the rotating shaft 4 from a pipe outside is provided on the other end to store the rotating shaft 4 and the display part 6 in a fluid chamber L communicating with the fluid passage 1. The display part 6 can be recognized from the pipe outside through a transparent plate 13. The rotating shaft 4 is detachable through a recess 28a and a projection 28b by being divided into a primary side rotating shaft 4a and a secondary side rotating shaft 4b, and the fluid chamber L communicates with the primary side and the secondary side through an openable communicating passage 27a of the circumference of a seal part 21. Since the rotating shaft 4 or the like is stored in the fluid chamber L, a water stop part need not be provided around the rotating shaft to lessen operation resistance. If the communicating passage 27a is blocked, detachment of the secondary side rotating shaft 4b and the display part 6 is facilitated.
