PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in a heretofore used spotting method in which a micro-pipet or a capillary glass tube is put into contact with a support body that handling is complicated and skill is needed, whereas it is necessary to spot a certain amount of specimen in a certain area without mal-distribution/deformation in order to acquire an accurate measurement result in a silver-stain high-sensitivity trace protein determination method by means of cellulose acetate film. SOLUTION: This support body for spotting absorbs a sample in a regularly circular form only by dripping the sample by a certain amount by previously working the sample for keeping the sample from soaking into portions other than a specimen absorption portion.
