A burglar proof structure of a vehicle is provided to properly prevent a third person from releasing a locking state of a latch by supporting a protector by a support unit together with a resilient member. In a burglar proof structure of a vehicle, a door glass is installed in a cavity formed between an outer panel(11) of a door(10) and an inner panel of the door so that the door glass can be lifted. A door outside belt strip is installed at the upper end of the door outer panel. A support unit is installed at an upper position of a latch on the inner surface of a fixing unit of the door outside belt strip transversely. The protector is supported by the support unit together with a resilient member so that the protector can be moved in the G-direction of the door.
