An apparatus for recycling multi-functional waste with exhaust heat is provided to produce different recycled products such as activated carbon and RPF(refused plastics fuel), plastic resource, etc. and reuse liquid waste as organic solvent by treating the waste including waste wood, synthetic resin, vinyl and the liquid waste with use of exhaust heat from an incinerator of the apparatus. The apparatus comprises: shuttle kiln type of regenerative furnace(1) to burn activated carbon and RPF; a temperature controller using exhaust heat derived from the furnace(1); a carbonizing heat-treatment device(3) to heat treat waste wood and synthetic resin with the exhaust heat from the temperature controller and produce activated carbon and RPF; a melting device(4) to fuse the waste resin and vinyl with the exhaust heat from the controller and produce recycled raw material and RPF; and an evaporation/condensation device(6) to evaporate and/or condense liquid waste with the exhaust heat from the controller and produce recycled liquid useful as solvent. |
