<p>The device has an adjustment gear unit with a drive part (4) that is fixed in a crankshaft, an output part (5) that is fixed in a camshaft and an adjustment shaft (8) that is connected with an adjustment mechanism shaft in a torque proof manner. The adjustment shaft is arranged in a radially rolling manner. A coupler (9) allows radial adjustment between the adjustment shaft and the adjustment mechanism shaft.</p>
