摘要 A heat conversion device using a thermoelectric semiconductor, a vehicle cool seat, and a general cool seat are provided to add new advantages, to reduce the number of components to a half compared to the existing heat exchanger, and to improve heat efficiency. A heat conversion device(100) using a thermoelectric semiconductor(110) comprises a heat-conductive block(120) contacted with a heat transferring medium on one side of the thermoelectric semiconductor; a radiating plate(130) contacted on the rest of the contact between the thermoelectric semiconductor and the heat-conductive block; a cooling fan(150) forcibly circulating air to cooling fins(140) of the radiating plate; a thermal grease(170) used between the heat-conductive block and the thermoelectric semiconductor to directly transfer heat; and an insulating material(160) filled around the thermoelectric semiconductor at a space between the heat-conductive block and the radiating plate wider than a contact area with the thermoelectric semiconductor.
