A method for preparation of anaerobic microorganism complex from sewage sludge is provided to produce hydrogen rapidly at all hours through anaerobic fermentation. The method for preparation of anaerobic microorganism complex from sewage sludge comprises the steps of: collecting concentrated sewage sludge produced from the precipitation tank in a sewage disposal plant; and treating the concentrated sewage sludge with heat to concentrate hydrogen-producing microorganisms, wherein the heat treatment process is performed at 85-95 deg. C for 10-30 minutes just one time.
