Cosmetic composition for make-up and/or care of the skin, comprises a fatty phase containing silica and reflecting particles in suspension, where the fatty phase comprises polymer having an average molecular mass less than 100000, containing a polymer skeleton having repeated units of hydrocarbons with a heteroatom, and a terminal fatty acid chain optionally functionalized having 6-120 carbon atoms and linked to the hydrocarbon units. Independent claims are included for: (1) the preparation of a composition; and (2) a gloss comprising the cosmetic composition.
