A ventilation system is provided to improve working efficiency by checking a part with opening a fan door or an element door, and to improve performance of the ventilation system by actively supplying air through a suction port to a heat exchange element with an air guide. A ventilation system includes an outer case, a heat exchange element exchanging heat with indoor air and outdoor air, a supply fan sucking outdoor air, an exhaust fan discharging indoor air, suction ports and discharge ports formed in the outer case to guide flow of air, and an air guide(194) installed at a side of the heat exchange element to guide air flowing from the suction port into the heat exchange element. The air guide moves air from the suction port to a lower part or an upper part of the heat exchange element. The air guide consists of a shutoff wall(196) shutting off flow of air, and an inclined surface(198) guiding air from the suction port to the upper part or the lower part.
