A collapsible form for constructing a manhole and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce the time for manufacturing the manhole and working cost by integrally forming inner, outer, and cover forms and pouring concrete. A collapsible form for constructing a manhole includes inner and outer manholes(10,16) where concrete is poured into the inner space and a hollow manhole is formed. An inner form is formed by combining plural panels having a predetermined length with a cover made of a synthetic resin material and by separating the panels to form a folding unit(15) between the panels. A cover form(20) is installed with a cover support at the outer periphery of the upper end of the inner form and combined by the combining unit. One surface of the cover support is combined at the lower surface of the cover form and bent, and the other surface is combined in the inner form. The cover form is formed as plural unit support detachably combined through the medium of an elastic cord.
