An acrylic lighting cover having doped ornamental particles and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to perform various touches, a visual effect, and surface reflective light based on material, size or color of the ornamental particles by reflecting and scattering light of a lamp with the ornamental particles. A method for manufacturing an acrylic lighting cover having doped ornamental particles includes the steps of: doping an adhesive liquid that methyl methacrylate(MMA) of 98-99 weight% and azobisisobutyronitrile(AIBN) of 1-2% are mixed, on a surface of a transparent acrylic circular plate through a transfer roller and an adhesive roller; doping ornamental particles on the acrylic circular plate having the doped adhesives; re-doping the adhesives on the surface of the acrylic circular plate having the doped adhesives; drying the re-doped adhesive on the acrylic circular plate at 50-70 degrees for three hours; pre-heating the dried adhesives on the acrylic circular plate at a high temperature of above 200 degrees for 2-5 minutes; and pressing the pre-heated adhesives on the acrylic circular plate. |
