A hydraulic engine generator is provided to prevent decrease of RPM at the engine by controlling the RPM of the engine with the hydraulic device. A hydraulic engine generator includes the steps of: using electricity originated in a generator by rotating the generator through a generation controller, wherein the generator rotates by rotating a hydraulic motor(7) by a hydraulic pump(3), and the hydraulic pump(3) is connected to an existing engine(1); cooling heated water in a radiator(15) attached to the engine(1); and cooling oil heated by the hydraulic motor(7) and the hydraulic pump(3) through a hydraulic cooler. |
