A method for manufacturing an electro wave shielder and an electro wave shielder using the same are provided to enlarge a sight angle of a display device by controlling a thickness of a mesh layer. A method for manufacturing an electro wave shielder includes the steps of: forming a conductive layer(120) on a surface of a high molecular film(110); forming a resist pattern on a surface of the conductive layer(120); forming a mesh layer(140) on a remaining part with no resist pattern; eliminating the resist pattern; and eliminating the conductive layer(120).
