Provided are a silicone socket liner for artificial limb which has lower silicone socket further comprising yarn having high elasticity, silica, and magnesium and having more increased bond with a top silicone socket, a skin of spandex, and the end of silicone, and a method for manufacturing the same. The silicone socket liner for artificial limb comprises a top silicone socket(11) having low hardness, into which the amputated section of skin(16) is inserted; a lower silicone socket(12) having medium hardness which is fixed on a lower end of the top silicone socket(11); a skin(13) of unidirectional spandex which wraps all surfaces of the lower silicone socket(12) and the top silicone socket(11) together; a silicone end(14) having high hardness which is fixed on the lower end of the skin(13) corresponding to the lower silicone socket(12); and a connection adaptor(15) which is integrated with the silicone end(14).
