METHOD FOR APPROVING A SETTLEMENT OF A FINANCETRANSACTION DEPEND ON AN OUTSIDER

A method for performing financial transaction with approval of the third person by using a mobile terminal is provided to prevent financial accidents such as illegal credit card use, remittance, and withdrawal by making the third person preset from a user vicariously approve the financial transaction when the user performs the financial transaction. The user sets the third person for approving the financial transaction of the user to a management server of a financial institution(100). The third person information is stored to a database(200). Financial transaction information is received from a financial transaction terminal(300). The third person information preset by the user is read from the database(400). The current financial transaction information is transmitted to a mobile terminal of the third person based on the read third person information(600). If approval information is received, the financial transaction is approved and completed(900). If the approval information is not received or the third person refuses the financial transaction, the financial transaction is interrupted(1000).
