An elliptic and polygonal toroidal coil winder is provided to automate a coil winding process by accurately placing the toroidal coil at a central position of a shuttle portion. An elliptic and polygonal toroidal coil winder includes a roller array(A), a core receiver portion(100), and a shuttle portion(200). The roller array is moved by a driver to both sides adjacent to a winding propagation position and supports and conveys a toroidal core. A position adjusting unit is formed on conveyor rollers. Pressing rollers are implemented on a winding support portion(Aa), so that the elliptic and polygonal toroidal core is attached to the conveyor rollers. An outer roller(130) supports the elliptic and polygonal toroidal core in a direction opposite to the winding propagation position. A position of the outer roller is elastically varied according to a distance between the outer roller and a winding propagation position.
