FIELD: medicine, surgery. ^ SUBSTANCE: after echinococcectomy it is important to treat residual hepatic cavities with the ozonized 0.9%-NaCl solution, moreover, one should apply finely divided suspension of this solution at ozone concentration being 5 mg/l, at particles size being 0.5-10 mcm. The innovation provides increased active surface of solution's action and, as a result, efficient penetration of antiseptic preparation into the folds of residual cavity without traumatizing the walls of fibrous capsule. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of terapy. ^ 1 ex |
