A fixing device for a sign plate of traffic facilities is provided to improve in appearance by cultivating flowers, to install traffic road signs and sign boards of an event hall simply, to use for various purposes by enabling to use for installing a fence, to move conveniently and to reduce the cost and time required for construction. A fixing device for a sign plate of traffic facilities is completed by forming a flowerpot type fixing case(10) in the appointed size, forming many oblique cut grooves(12,12') on the top of a fixture(11) which is formed to the center of the flowerpot type fixing case, forming many supporters(13,13') on the middle and lower sides of the fixture to support and reinforce the fixture, forming many cut grooves(14,14') on the upper parts of the supporters to insert and fix a post(2) of a sign plate(1) and filling up the circumference with soil, and the setting out with flowers.
