The system has a protrusion (9) formed in a dense and flexible material layer (7) of a sound damping panel (5) and recess formed on another sound damping panel, where the panels constitute a sound damping panel. The protrusion presents a cylindrical shape with a free end partially widened and the recess presents cylindrical form permitting to mount the recess on the protrusion. The protrusion is made of dense and flexible material which surrounds the recess when the recess is mounted on the protrusion.
