A road stud using a urethane rubber elastic body is provided to protect the stud by preventing the stud from being damaged by the shovel edge of the snow-removing vehicle by installing the inclined guide surface at the lifting pipe body. A road stud using a urethane rubber elastic body(20) is composed of an outer cylinder(1) placed at the road and formed with at least one receiving device(4); a lifting pipe body(3) installed with airtightness at the receiving device and formed with a center wall(7) where air vents(8) are formed to vent the air in the receiving device with the outside by going up and down, a liquid path connected with the air vents, plural pairs of reflection display plates(5) installed at the front and rear sides of the center wall, and an inclined guide surface(6) provided between the reflection display plates to avoid the shovel edge of the snow-removing vehicle; and the urethane rubber elastic body placed in the receiving device to elastically support the lifting pipe body, connected with the outer cylinder and the lifting pipe body, and formed with a liquid path communicating with the liquid path of the lifting pipe body and a water suction hole(26) connected at the liquid path. A compression spring(21) is contained around the urethane rubber elastic body to elastically support the lifting pipe body.
