DEVICE, PROGRAM AND METHOD FOR SPECIFYING CONDUIT FRACTURE POSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a fracture accident of a conduit and rapidly specify the fractured position.

SOLUTION: The device for specifying a conduit fracture position 10 comprises a water source data acquisition part 14 acquiring, upon the detection of abnormalities of outflow quantities Q10 in distributing reservoirs 5A and 5B of a distributing pipe network 1, data of the abnormal outflow quantity Q1g; a node selection part 15 selecting nodes Ns for executing pipe network analyses from nodes N1-Nm of the pipe network 1 according to a set order; a pipe network analysis part 16 adding the abnormal outflow quantity Qlg to estimated outflow quantities Qls at the nodes Ns selected by the selection part 15 to perform pipe the network analyses and calculating analytic values P1s-Pns of hydraulic pressure at measuring points G1-Gn; a square error arithmetic part 18 calculating square errors beween measurement values P1-Pn of hydraulic pressure at the measuring points G1-Gn and the analytic values P1s-Pns; and a node extraction part 19 extracting, from the nodes Ns selected by the selection part 15, a node Nx where the square error by the arithmetic part 18 is minimized.
