<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable retrieval of accumulated business process models with information other than a term, and edition and reuse of a business process model using a part with ensured matching property. <P>SOLUTION: A storage device 2 stores a business process model 21 hierarchically describing a work operation and its flow and a template 20 including relevant information file 22 related to the business process model and file-to-file relevant information 23 describing reference relation between parts of the business process model. A retrieval part 11 retrieves and outputs the business process model 21 from the storage device 2 with the hierarchical relation of a business flow as a key. When part replacement of the outputted business process model 21 is performed, a part replacement part 12 extracts and presents parts having reference relation with a replacement object position as replacement part candidates, in reference to the file-to-file relevant information 23 in the storage device 2, to make a user select a replacement part therefrom, and outputs the business process model 21 with the selected replacement part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
