PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispensing device capable of sucking a liquid and realizing a discharge quantity of the liquid with high accuracy and high repeatability. SOLUTION: This device includes a dispensing head body 20 equipped with nozzles 14, 16 on the tip of a cylinder 32 equipped with a piston 30, capable of sucking the liquid 46 in the nozzle 14 through a transfer medium 45 in the cylinder 32 by operating the piston 32; a buffer tank 25 whose inside is pressurized, for storing the transfer medium; supply tubes 35a, 35b for communicating the buffer tank 25 with the cylinder inside and supplying the transfer medium 45 into the cylinder by the pressure inside the buffer tank, and a valve 26 arranged between the tubes; and a valve driving part 93 for supplying a driving pulse to the valve. The liquid as much as an approximately equal amount to the amount of the transfer medium supplied into the cylinder through the supply tubes 35a, 35b while the valve is opened is discharged from the nozzle.
