PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely stop a rotary motion of a boom when the boom reaches a rotary stop position even when a rotary operation speed of the boom in storing the boom is high. SOLUTION: When the boom 30 is stored by rotating operation in a counterclockwise direction, a first detection means 73 detects a status of the boom 30 getting close to a rotation stop position, and a second detection means 74 detects a state of the boom 30 reaching the rotation stop position. When the boom 30 is stored by rotating operation in a clockwise direction, second detection means 74 detects the state of the boom 30 getting close to the rotation stop position and the first detection means 73 detects the status of the boom 30 reaching the rotation stop position. Independent of a rotating operation direction of the boom 30, a rotating operation speed of the boom 30 is limited to be not more than a predetermined speed when the status of the boom 30 getting closer to the rotation stop position is detected, and the rotating operation of the boom 30 is stopped when the state of the boom 30 reaching the rotation stop position is detected.
