PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a register for air-conditioning with good operability having a blowing port and an operation part installed at separated positions. SOLUTION: This register for air-conditioning comprises a register panel, a tubular retainer, a vertical blade and a horizontal blade rotatably accommodated and supported by the retainer, and an operation part on the surface inside a compartment. It has an input part installed at the bottom part of the register panel in the compartment and positioning a wind direction of the vertical blade and the horizontal blade; a rotary shaft comprising a rod-like member connecting the input part and the vertical blade and arranged in a rotatable condition, rotating by transition in a horizontal direction of a spherical part, and rotating the vertical blade by this rotation; and a vertical shaft comprising a rod-like member connecting the input part and the horizontal blade and arranged in a reciprocatable condition in the vertical direction, shifted in the vertical direction by transition in the vertical direction of the spherical part, and rotating the horizontal blade by this shifting.
