A filter mounting structure of an air conditioner is provided to simply and stably support a filter and simplify attachment or detachment of the filter by forming a filter supporting element to a filter case. A filter mounting structure of an air conditioner includes a suction panel(90) formed with an inlet for introducing room air. A filter case(95) is coupled at a rear part of the suction panel. A filter(94) is inserted and mounted between the suction panel and the filter case. Filter supporting elements(97) are protruded from upper and lower parts of the filter case horizontally in a filter insertion direction for supporting the filter as the filter is secured in the filter case when attaching the filter to the filter case.
